Comprised of three members, one of whom is a director, this all-important committee oversees the physical condition and well being of our community's buildings and grounds. Among its duties:

Periodically observe and report upon the physical condition of:

Bulletin Boards
Roadways (too include snow plowing)
Grounds (including lawns, meadows, woods, shrubs and ornamental trees)

Develop budgets, and interface with the finance committee.

The committee publishes notice of any action taken to the Unit Owners and to the Executive Board. Unit owners will have 45 days  from the date if any notice to appeal any such action to the Executive Board, which must ratify, modify or reject any such action at its next regular meeting. Expenditure of funds or approval for goods and services contemplated by the annual budget, or done to avoid delay are not actions requiring notice.
